Assistant Finance Manager

What you'll do:

- Handle full sets of accounts and responsible for daily accounting operations for various HK and overseas accounts
- Prepare and consolidate monthly management accounts and financial analyses to Management
- Review accounting team for month-end closing journals, reconciliations and schedules
- Prepare budget and cash flow forecast and control report
- Assist Management in monitoring the P&L for each project/department
- Liaise with auditors, regulators and internal stakeholders
- Carry out the ad hoc duties

What you'll need:

- At least 8 years relevant experience in financial accounting, management accounting and consolidation, in which having a minimum of 5 years experience in external audit/ CPA firm/ SME
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and willing to take on challenges
- Ability to work to deadlines with a high level of attention to detail
- A good team player with “can do” attitude and good communication skills with all levels
- Speak fluent English and Cantonese, with Mandarin being useful but not essential
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel
- Numeric sensitivity and ability to identify errors
- More experience will be considered as Manager
