Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and perform day to day operation
- Liaise with other department and outside contractors to ensure excellent service delivery
- Able to handle both guest complaints and enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner
Job Requirements:
- Form 5 or above
- At least 1 year's customer service experience, preferably in hospitality, tourism, hotel or related service industry
- Experience in the operations of serviced apartments/residences will be an advantage
- Service-oriented, mature, independent and able to work under pressure
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
- Computer literate in Ms Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Shift duty is required
