Job Summary
This Assistant HR Manager / HR Manager, BP and Talent Acquisition will play a curial role in our organization by managing various aspects of the employee experience and contribute to cloud adoption by bringing positive impact to human capital. Reporting to HR director, the job holder will be responsible for providing all rounded end to end HR support from talent acquisition, staff development, Employee relation, and performance management.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure timely placement of qualified candidates
Learning and Development:
- Identify training needs and develop comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and performance
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns
- Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction and retention
- Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee morale and identify areas for improvement
Reward and Recognition:
- Develop and manage reward and recognition programs to motivate and retain employees
- Ensure that compensation and benefits packages are competitive and aligned with industry standards
- Coordinate with management to recognize and reward outstanding employee performance
Performance Management:
- Oversee the performance appraisal process and ensure timely completion of evaluations
- Provide guidance and support to managers in setting performance goals and conducting performance reviews
- Implement performance improvement plans for underperforming employees and monitor progress
We are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years relevant working experience
- Solid experience in talent acquisition, preferably from the IT sector
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Result oriented, self-motivated, details-minded and independent
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Good command in written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
