Responsibilities:

 

  • To handle recruitment and selection process including but not limited to job advertisement posting, interview arrangements, conducting of interviews and on-boarding arrangement
  • To develop and implement employee engagement initiatives
  • To provide administrative support to training and development activities
  • To perform administrative and clerical support duties to HR team
  • To assist in ad hoc tasks or HR projects as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines with 1-2 years’ relevant experience;
  • Basic knowledge in Employment Ordinance will be an advantage;
  • Detail minded, good interpersonal skills and customer services manner;
  • Self-motivated and a team-player
