Assistant Human Resources Officer

Responsibilities:

• Perform full cycle of recruitment process for frontline junior positions including but not limited to job posting, CV screening, making offer, preparing employment contract, on-boarding and off-boarding arrangement.
• Maintain accurate staff record in HRIS.
• Explore new and innovative talent sourcing channels, as well as build and maintain talent database.
• Assist to prepare HR related reports.
• Provide administrative support in all aspects of HR function.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
• Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Responsible, detail-minded and well organized.
• Flexible and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. 
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
