Job Responsibilities:
- To assist in full spectrum of HR duties, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, training & development;
- To update and maintain HRIS;
- To provide support in general HR administration work;
- To perform other ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above with at least 3 year's HR experience, preferably gained in NGO sector;
- Knowledgeable of Employment Ordinance;
- Good command of MS Office (Word & Excel) and Chinese Word Processing;
