Assistant IT Service Delivery Manager

APM Monaco is looking for an experienced Assistant IT Service Delivery Manager based in our Hong Kong office. This role is a newly created position and will be reporting to Global IT Director – Infrastructure & Security in Guangzhou.

Responsibilities:

End user IT support in Hong Kong and Monaco office, include but not limited to:

• MacOS computer management & troubleshooting.
• Microsoft Office 365 (email, Teams, etc) and other business-related software tools.
• User account management, creation, delegation, permission, decommission, etc.
• Asset management including computer, iPhone, iPad, AppleTV, etc.
• Network management, mobile phone plan subscription, etc.
• IT devices procurement and provision.
• VIP support for high level management.
• Cooperate with other teams, provide IT values and efforts to achieve business target.

Manage IT related devices & support services for international boutiques.

• Boutique network management and troubleshooting.
• Windows PC & printing.
• Mobile device (iPad, iPhone) management via MDM.
• CCTV & Traffic Count system.
• Spotify & HiFi box.
• Device procurement, provision & delivery when necessary.
• Communicate with Area Manager/Store Manager for retail business needs, provide IT values accordingly.

Backend maintenance and supply vendor management.

• Regular visit to datacenter (located in Hong Kong) for maintenance & troubleshooting.
• Act as primary contact person for IT product & service vendor in HK: datacenter, networking, hardware & software services, etc.

Technical Skillset:

• Apple ecosystem, iOS, iPad OS, Apple TV, iCloud and especially MacOS. Be master of operation and troubleshooting.
• Microsoft enterprise technologies, AD domain, AAD, Microsoft 365.
• Networking technologies, LAN, Wireless LAN, WAN.
• Good understanding of Virtualisation technologies, VMWare and Cloud services.

Other Requirements:

• Good communication skills and enthusiasm for IT support service.
• Coordination, cooperation and team working ability.
• Fluent in spoken and written English. French will be a plus.
• Flexibility to be on shift and support boutiques across different time zones.
