Responsibilities:
- Manage the assigned key customers (supermarkets / convenience stores) to achieve sales and profitability targets;
- Develop and execute trade promotion activities to maximize sales orders;
- Negotiate with key customers on business terms and sales plans;
- Monitor sales, distribution, in-store activities including shelf presence, point-of-sales materials, etc.;
- Recommend sound business plans by analyzing business performance and market information.
Requirements:
- University graduate preferably in business related discipline;
- About 5 years sales or marketing experience preferably in FMCG, less experience will be considered as Assistant Key Account Manager;
- Knowledge of category management and working experience in dealing with supermarket and convenience stores are preferred;
- Good business analytical skill, negotiation skill and presentation skill;
- Independent and result-oriented.
