We are searching for an Assistant Manager - E&M Engineering for the operation of our engineering services unit and execute company business strategies to grow the business. Responsibilities will include handling project & service acquisition and fulfillment, managing engineering team & sub-contractors, promoting our products / services / solutions and developing customer relationships.
Duties and responsibilities
- Execute and implement company business plan and strategies
- Meet business objectives and prepare business forecasts
- Manage engineering team and sub-contractors
- Establish professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts
- Negotiate and close agreements with customers
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs
- Stay up-to-date with latest trends and developments in the engineering field to maintain a competitive edge
Skills & Requirements
- BSc degree in Building Services Engineering or relevant field
- Technical understanding of engineering principles, products, services and maintenance, to accurately represent and promote them to clients
- Technical sales skills
- Similar work experience in leading an engineering team
- Experience in customer relationship management & good negotiation skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers and sub-contractors
- Proficient in oral Cantonese and written Chinese
- Fair in oral and written English
- Proficiency in MS Word, Chinese Word Processing and Excel (basic knowledge of PivotTable)
