Assistant Manager – Leasing and Asset Management (5-Day Work in Causeway Bay)

Responsibilities:

• Handle leasing management and tenancy management matters and marketing for the group’s properties
• Assist in handling and monitoring asset management for group’s properties
• Responsible for handling new lease and lease renewal
• Control, coordinate and prepare documents for leasing and tenancy management
• Explore and maintain network with tenants and property agencies
• Prepare marketing materials, leasing report, budgets and conduct market research
• Assist in ad hoc project as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in retail property or related fields
• Solid experience in property management / shopping centre management is preferred
• Familiar with the market trend and good connections with retail tenants and property agencies
• Self-motivated, independent and good analytical skills
• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
