Assistant Manager/ Manager, User Growth & Partnership (Business & Finance)

The position will lead driving our subscription and paid user growth, and manage our user database.  The position will also work on some conversion based projects for clients.  
 

Responsibilities 

• In charge of growing paid subscription, including pricing strategy, and lead the execution of different promotions to drive paid subscription growth, including social media, SEM, display advertising etc.
• In charge of app download and user acquisition (both grow user database, and paid users)
• Line up partnership to drive downloads
• Plan and execute various promotions, track promotion effectiveness, optimize the result, and modify the promotions.  The position should be able to improve the cost per acquisition, and select the most effective format to use
• User experience enhancement: work on tracking and analysis on user experience in both our app, mobile & website, and provide findings on how to improve the experience for stickiness and content consumption.
• Consumer database: in charge of building consumer database and segmentation
• You will be involved in tactical projects related to data, audience segmentation, conversion from time to time.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of solid experience in driving paid subscription, app download, app usage, or membership growth
• Experience on digital campaigns on subscription model and app users acquisition,  social media, search marketing SEO & SEM, and analytic tools including Google Analytics, FB analytics, is needed. 
• Good numerical sense and data analysis ability.  Able to derive insight and actions from data.
• Good presentation and communications skills, and able to present data and findings and define next steps
• Resourceful and proactive
• Strong curiosity, problem-solving and analytical skills, initiative, and ability to work independently within a small team structure
