Assistant Manager, Performance Marketing (12-month Renewable Contract)

Responsibilities

• Accountable for delivering conversion KPI for online marketing campaign
• Drive new online marketing initiatives and identify market opportunities to grow online revenue
• Manage the annual campaign calendar and coordinate resources to execute online marketing activities
• Lead the online marketing agency to create and design digital campaign that drive sales for the eCommerce channels
• Define the metric to measure and report on campaign performance

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in BBA, Marketing, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, Multi-media or a relevant discipline
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in e-commerce and/or digital marketing
• Solid experience in digital and performance marketing campaign that deliver strong brand KPIs and sales conversion
• Hands-on experience in Paid search, display, SEO, Social media (FB, IG, YouTube), Google Analytics
• Familiar with APP promotion, MMP solution & optimization
• Data and results-driven, with knowledge around metrics, KPI, ROI analysis and A/B testing
• Target driven and able to work in fast-paced, high pressure environment
• Good organizational skills, energetic self-starter, highly motivated and team players
• Strong business sense and able to understand business metrics
• Proficiency in English and Chinese mandatory
