We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our MBA Marketing and Admissions team. This role will focus on project management and require a strong background in website development, data analytics, and market intelligence. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and a solid understanding of digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Lead and manage multiple projects related to marketing and admissions, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Website Development: Oversee the development and maintenance of our digital platforms, collaborating with IT and design teams to enhance user experience.
- Data Analytics: Utilize data analytics tools, including Power BI, to track and report on marketing performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to gather intelligence and insights that inform strategic decision-making.
- Digital Marketing Knowledge: Apply knowledge of digital marketing best practices to optimize campaigns and improve outreach efforts.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a marketing or admissions environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in website development and data analytics tools, particularly Power BI.
- Research Skills: Strong ability to gather and analyze market intelligence effectively.
- Project Management Expertise: Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion.
- Digital Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Working outside normal office hours may be required. (Duration: 2 years, renewable)

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided where applicable. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of the contract.
