ROLE OVERVIEW

Responsibilities:

  • Material Management: Manage program level procurement activities, including quotation, price benchmarking, negotiation and supply and timeline planning
  • Supplier Management: Manage supplier relationship and performance assessment
  • Project Management: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate regular project meetings and ensure project milestones and objectives are met.
  • Data Management and Analysis: Prepare material planning and forecast, cost/spending reporting and trending analysis. 
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports and dashboards to track supply chain/procurement performance metrics, such as cost saving, supplier performance and other KPIs.  Deliver clear and concise reports and presentations for stakeholders and senior leaders.
  • Other ad-hoc projects as assigned

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Accounting, Business or related field
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in sizable companies (Toy industry preferred)
  • Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage complex and high volume of data
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational management skills
  • Proficient with MS office applications especially in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good command in spoken & written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
  • Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet tight deadline
  • Self-motivated, flexible, detail-oriented mindset with a problem-solving attitude and integrity
