We are looking for a Assistant Marketing Executive that is passionate about retail, beauty, and cosmetics and willing to challenge the status quo of traditional beauty retail. This role will be responsible for creating compelling contents through copy-writing, graphic design and short video editing for the use of various social media channels, digital platforms and offline channel marketing, while using a high level of creativity and independent judgment. This role will be directly reporting to the Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities

• Assist development of BTL communications for brand building and new customer acquisition through digital channels, including social media, SEM/SEO, MI/KOL endorsement, video production, media planning, and website development.
• Create compelling, well-structured and original content of copywriting, graphic design or video editing to align with the overall marketing strategy; ensuring all the tone and style are consistent across all platforms
• Develop content based on approved concepts for the website, promotion campaigns, collateral items, digital content, and internal communications material
• Create engaging and practical concepts to build brand awareness and to implement the marketing campaigns with tracking of performance data as support
• Assist strategizing and the use of efficient and effective SEO & SEM keywords to maximize reach
• Provide market intelligence of trade and competitor’s promotion activities.

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Journalism, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or PR related discipline; and with minimum two years of relevant working experience in retail marketing experience, preferably in beauty/ FMCG
• Sufficient experience and strong aesthetics sense in creating graphic design and video using tools such as Adobe Studio, Canva, , CapCut, Final Cut Pro
• Excellence in written Chinese
• Self-sufficient with research and content learning skills
• Adaptability in writing style, ability to take technical concepts and make them easy for people to understand with clear, concise, and accurate writing to effectively target a wide range of audiences
• Experience creating high landing pages and blogs, with a solid understanding of SEO techniques and tools
• Comfortable working independently, with excellent organizational and time management skills, proactive, attention to details and able to work under pressure
• A good team player with ability to perform multi-tasks
• Proficient in written English is a plus
