Requirements:

• Assist manager to plan, execute, and manage all aspects of online and offline marketing activities and reviews with problem solving skills
• Data analysis skills: On-going market track data analysis, analyze consumer research data & market insights; to prepare report, be able to translate them into business opportunities for upcoming brand growth and new product ideas
• Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing programs and prepare reports with budget planning
• ​​Take the lead on websites & social media platforms maintenance and analysis, SEM and SEO
• Prepare insightful and actionable brief and collaborate (included but not limit to proposal, press materials, social media contents. Etc.) closely with internal and external parties to drive quality output to achieve defined business and marketing objectives;
• Prepare marketing plans and proposals with strategy tactic, and develop new business in order to achieve sales target
• Develop, manage and enhance digital platforms, including website, social media, media advertising, KOL/influencer and other channels to drive multi-touch point consumer engagement
• Having experience in China marketing is a plus
• Support any ad hoc projects as assigned
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Marketing Executive

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years or above of experience in Marketing/ digital marketing, brand marketing, product marketing and/or content management, preferably from beauty, hospitality industries
• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Creative Media or related disciplines
• Strong analytical mindset and numeracy
• An well-established network with media and artistes/artist management companies
• Knowledgeable & having experience in advertising on social media channel (Google / Facebook / Instagram/ Xiao Hung Shu / Tiktok)
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Ability to work as a team and promote team effectiveness
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Experience on setup website, content writing, digital buying and data analysis (e.g. Google analytics, Facebook analytics), Live streaming / CRM experience, basic video editing is an advantage
• Passionate, agile and highly efficient
• Multi-tasking, meticulous and organized
• Able to work independently, responsible and well-organized.
