職位描述

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to Merchandising team in order process and follow-up with suppliers and factories
  • Responsible for packaging artwork and support in sample check
  • Co-ordinate all offer samples, prepare all buying trip information & report
  • Maintain and update order tracking system
  • Coordinate and dispatch parcels to buyers and suppliers
  • Organize and maintenance of sample storage and clearance
  • Arrange the sealed samples for inspection & send back to suppliers on time
  • Co-ordinate administrative duties with other departments such as QC, photo studio, Corporate Sustainability, etc.
  • Support general clerical duties

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above holder
  • Experience 1-2 years of experience in a sourcing, buying office, or trading company is a plus; however, we also welcome fresh graduates.
  • Conversant with MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel and Internet
  • Proficiency in spoken & written English, Cantonese & Mandarin is a must
  • Self-motivated, ability to work in a team and attention to details
  • Hardworking, good time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle pressure and willing for routine work
