Assistant Officer / Officer, Brand Development Division

Responsibilities: 

• Identify promotion opportunities in the markets, including but not limited to Hong Kong and provide creative ideas for client pitching
• Follow up with clients closely on promotional projects and liaise with internal parties
• Assist in running a wide range of promotional products and activities for clients
• Monitor promotion performance with quality deliverables
• Providing day-to-day clerical and administrative support to the team
• Support team members and perform any ad. hoc assignments or projects assigned by team head

Requirements: 

• Degree holder in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
• 1 to 4 years relevant experience in marketing or branding field, agency, FMCG industry is an advantage
• Able to work under pressure with strong project management and analytical skills
• Attentive to details, proactive, creative and able to work on multi-tasks, with strong self-motivation
• Good verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
• Good command of English and Mandarin, Japanese speaking is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Power point Presentation
• More experience will be considered as Officer
