(Assistant) Officer - Operations

職責 :

• Provide support to ensure smooth daily operations in Warehouse
• Responsible for inbound and outbound work
• Manage inventory count and update inventory records
• Prepare Warehouse documents and inventory reports
• Maintain Warehouse system
• Input and validate stock movement data
• Perform ad hoc task as assigned

要求 :

• Higher Diploma or above, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or other related disciplines
• With 1-2 years of relevant experience in Logistics and Warehouse Operations will be an advantage
• Proficient in computer application and MS Office
• Knowledge in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software will be a plus
• Good in written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin is a plus
• Self-motivated, independent and willing to work under pressure
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer
• Fresh graduates will be considered
