職責 :
Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping activities
• Support inventory management, stock counts, and loading/unloading coordination
• Assist with GDP and ISO9001 compliance documentation and quality checks
• Help maintain SOPs and support internal audits
• Track quality incidents and equipment maintenance needs
• Generate daily operational reports and track KPIs / Analyze operational data and prepare management presentations
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization and externally
• Monitor and analyze operational costs while tracking budget performance to ensure effective financial management and resource optimization.

要求 :
Requirements:

• Graduates with Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Mandarin is an advantage
