Assistant Product Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop maintain Business Management system in telecom industry
• Monitor the performance of systems and make improvements when needed
• Work closely with external and internal parties, engineering team, operation and support team to develop new product features on existing system
• Communicate and manage vendors to deliver the requested platform functions
• Address and resolve issues and bugs of the responsible
• Platform operation support: troubleshooting and complaint handling; providing operational data and other operational tasks
• Handle ad-hoc projects as required and other company routine tasks

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Telecommunications, Information/Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in mobile business system development
• 3 years of experience of programming and vendor management/communication
• Strong knowledge and experience in 3/4/5G applications, 2/3/4/5 G Corenetwork elements, eSIM, and/or other mobile products
• Understanding in telecommunication & networking technology will be an advantage, such as mobile core network, SCCP, DIAMETER and S8/GRX integration, etc.
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, leadership, self-motivation and good interpersonal skills
• Excellent teamwork spirit, hardworking, self-motived and able to work under pressure
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese; Fluent in Putonghua is definitely an advantage
