職位描述

Duties:

Assist in identifying process flows and UI design
Aid in program coding tasks
Support unit testing processes
Assist in preparing operation manuals and conducting users' workshops
Manage helpdesk tickets related to systems and track bug fixes

Requirements:

Higher Diploma/ Associate Degree or above in Software Engineering, Computer Programming, or related fields
A minimum of 1 year’s working experience, relevant experience would be an advantage
Good organizing, communication and interpersonal skills
Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
Knowledgeable in programming languages and software applications, including Microsoft Visual Studio, ASP.NET, PHP, etc.
