What You’ll Need:
- A minimum of a Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, or Construction Management.
- At least 4 years of post-qualification experience in mid to high-end retail projects, including planning, design development, and technical execution.
- Strong in communication, planning, and time management. Proactive, able to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to analyse processes and information, identify issues, develop and execute effective solutions and strategies.
- Strong team player who can work independently, provide support to senior members and delegate to junior members of the team.
- Willingness to promote and uphold good team morale and spirit.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, SketchUp, and Photoshop.
- Fluency in written and spoken English, proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Official work title to be determined by level of experience.
Your Responsibilities:
- Support internal project team to ensure that projects are executed smoothly and effectively.
- Active coordination with clients, landlords, consultants, contractors, and suppliers, etc.
- Participate in various project phases and coordinate :
- Actively participate in meetings, prepare agenda and minutes
- Conduct and prepare site surveys
- Design development
- Material sourcing
- Tender management and preparation of contract documents
- Construction coordination, documentation, and site visits
- Conduct punch lists on-site with contractors
- Handover to clients
- Coordinate with contractors on defect rectification
