Assistant Property Manager

Responsibilities:

• Enhance and assurance staff performance and service standard of managed properties;
• Monitor the standards and compliance of maintenance, security and cleaning services of properties;
• Review and analyze the monthly income and expenses reports provided by the management company;
• Handle emergency incidents, residents’ inquiries and complaints;
• Liaison with clients, occupants and contractors;
• Establish standard procedures and control systems to ensure they are strictly followed by all staff;
• Attend Incorporated Owners' meetings, handling of inquiries and complaints from tenants/owners

Requirements:
• Degree holder, preferably in property management or related discipline;
• Minimum 5 years solid experience in property management;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Knowledge of BMO, DMC and related ordinances;
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills;
• Able to work under pressure and independently;
• Knowledge of PC essential;
• Immediately available is highly preferred
• Tier 1 Licence holder is must
