ASSISTANT RESIDENT ENGINEER (ARE)

We are looking for applicant to fill the following resident site staff post for a new institutional development project in the Kowloon City District which involves modular construction.

• Degree holder in civil or structural engineering
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience
• Candidates should be qualified for TCP-T3 structural & geotechnical (RSE & RGE Streams) under the Code of Practice for Site Supervision 2009 (2021 Edition)
• Candidates should have past experience in supervising footing, piling, excavation & lateral support and cap works
• Candidates should have past experience in supervising superstructure works in structural steel, façade & Cladding and MiC installation
• Candidates should able to travel and/or station in China-Guangdong provinceto carry out the off-site inspection works including production of MiC modules and pre-fabricated element
• Past site experience on ASD projects and off-site prefabrication work will be an advantage

General Note:

• The tentative commencement date of employment will be in Mar 2025.
• The tentative employment period will be about 6 months with gratuity payable on satisfactory completion of the contract. Subject to satisfactory performance, the employment duration might be further extended.
