Assistant Retail Manager

Responsibilities:

• Assist to manage team recruitment;
• Assist to conduct training on selling techniques, customer services and product knowledge;
• Assist to upgrade the sales performance in order to achieve the sales targets;
• Support retail manager regarding reports, analysis, new store opening etc,
• Work closely with merchandising and marketing teams

Requirements:

• Form 7 or above in any discipline;
• About 1-2 years of relevant experience in fashion retail industry; preferably in the footwear industry;
• Good communication and organizational skills;
• Knowledge of using PC and Microsoft office.
