Responsibilities
- Answer internal and external calls and queries in a professional manner
- Maintain clients information list
- Prepare weekly business report
- Provide admin support to Sales Team / Operation Team
- Prepare sales quotation and invoices
- Provide after sales support to customers
- Perform adhoc task assigned by manager
Requirements
- Diploma holders or above
- Fresh Graduate welcome
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS office
- Proficient in presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Skilled in multitasking and able to work independently
- Positive, responsible and capable of working under pressure
