Fenix Outdoor Asia Pacific serves as the regional head office, overseeing all sales and marketing activities for the Asia Pacific region.

Position Summary

Fenix Outdoor Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd is seeking a Assistant Sales Manager to assist in driving sales efforts across the entire Asia Pacific region. This role will involve coordinating brand-aligned strategies, communication, and resources with all partners. As the liaison between our brands and partners, you will work collaboratively and cross-functionally to support our overall brand and sales strategy.

What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for all partner relationships across the APAC region, managing their ongoing needs and expectations.
• Being responsible to formulates sales strategies, develop and execute business plan for local market.
• Collaborate with logistic team to ensure smooth order process
• Assist in reporting APAC sales and support strategic decision-making.
• Travel within the region to meet with existing and potential clients, presenting the brand at all events.
• Perform any other ad hoc tasks assigned by management.

Who you are

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, ideally within a similar industry or with regional expertise.
• Proactive and self-driven with the ability to collaborate and work independently as needed.
• A high level of attention of detail, good organization skills and time management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• A passion for the outdoors, sports and nature.
