Assistant Sales Manager / Business Development Manager

Job Descriptions:

• Establish and maintain strong relationship with dealers and key accounts to deliver sales plan
• Explore and collect the market information of the company’s business to propose effective marketing plan of related business
• To analysis the market demand and competitive products in the market for formulating effective marketing strategies
• Coordinate and take lead with other departments to implement marketing and sales initiatives
• Identify, evaluate & pursue business opportunities with strategic partners & customers in HK, and potentially extending to SEA market
• Conduct market research and feasibility studies to solicit and explore new business opportunities from different business segments
• Plan and implement effective new product launch and related marketing activities to maintain the healthy development of the market

Requirements:

• Tertiary education in Sales / Business / Marketing or related discipline
• At least 2 years or above experience in sales & channel management, exposure in card games / toys / board games and chain stores is an advantage
• Experiences for exploring business opportunities in SEA market is a plus
• Proactive, analytical, flexible and result oriented with strong commitment to achieve
• Aggressive, responsible, self-motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for card games and toys industry, and a good team-player and willing to grow with the company
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
