Role Overview:

As an Assistant Sales Manager, you’ll partner with retailers to drive SaaS adoption, managing the sales cycle from prospecting to close. This role is perfect for sales professionals eager to advance their skills in retail tech and enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition: Prospect, negotiate, and close SaaS contracts with retail clients

• Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with department heads and decision-makers (e.g., Digital, Ecommerce, IT teams).

• Pipeline Development: Build and manage sales pipeline through strategic cold outreach, industry events, referrals, and partner networks

• Solution Selling: Collaborate with Sales team head and other teams to design tailored SaaS proposals addressing client pain points

• Market Intelligence: Analyze retail trends to position 91APP as a thought leader in APAC’s Ecommerce landscape

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

• 3-4 years in B2B sales, with a focus on SaaS, Ecommerce, or retail technology
• Proven track record
• Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin with polished presentation skills for C-level audiences
• Basic understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, OMO strategies, and CRM systems
• Independent yet team-oriented, thriving in fast-paced environments
