職位描述

Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and execution of sales strategies for residential properties.
  • Support monthly reporting process with sales proceed analysis against budget
  • Assist in formulating overall sales exercises for sales projects, including pricing structure preparation and coordination with architects, consultants, and solicitors on sales matters.
  • Conduct comprehensive research on comparables and assist with sales administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate sales activities, including reviewing sales documents and sales tools, as well as creating sales brochures.
  • Handle ad hoc reports required by the group. 
  • Assist in daily sales operations, such as managing sales hotline inquiries and providing after-sales service to our clients.
  • Undertake any other duties assigned by the superior as required.

 

Requirements: 

  • With at least 5-8 years of frontline sales experience with major local developers and/or real estate consultancies; 
  • Analytical skills and the ability to derive insights and reports through data.
  • Language proficiency (English / Chinese incl. Putonghua)
  • Computer literacy (esp. in Excel)
  • Independent and self-motivated, able to work under pressure;
