Responsibilities:
- Develop new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing customers..
- Contribute to sales activities and generate new sales opportunities/development.
- Participate in customer visits to realize their needs and provide assistance and solutions.
- Consolidate customer information and assign subordinates to follow up quotation till close order.
- Formulate after-sales service plan.
- Formulate sales team management strategies.
- Manage and monitor sales plan for enabling the assigned sales targets are in position.
- Introduce products to wall-in and showroom customers.
- Develop product strategies and initiatives to meet market opportunities and generate new sales.
- Product presentation to major customers.
- Analyze competitors and research market information.
- Perform Ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Degree holder in any disciplines preferably in Marketing.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience of key account, strong business acumen and familiar with industry of building materials/sanitary ware/residential/furniture/interior design.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua).
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word) and Chinese word processing.
- Understand market and consumer trends, ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Proactive, independent, negotiation skill, analytical and able to work fast-paced working environment.
- Good team leader that can communicate with external and internal stakeholders to achieve sales targets.
- Candidate with less experience and qualification will also be considered as Senior Account Officer or Sales Executive.
