Job Responsibilities:
- Perform sales functions and generate business opportunity to develop new business and existing business
- Achieve Sales budget and company budget
- Have good logistics insight and sales strategic to gain business
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate/invest funds wisely
- Measure and report the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goals
- Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence
- Work closely with the operation team and quality assurance team in the warehouse
- Communicate daily with customers and maintaining good relationships
- Lead the Sales Team by encouraging open communication, developing staff, fostering teamwork, and setting clear expectations while providing regular feedback
- Support and champion the Company’s purpose, values, beliefs, policies including the Code of Conduct within the Sales Team, Dole HK Team, and stakeholders
- Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors
Requirement:
- Possesses strong knowledge in sales with relevant experience, preferably in the fresh fruit trading industry or stable FMCG companies
- Holds a minimum of 5 years or more of relevant sales experience
- Have a bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Is highly motivated, results-oriented, and enjoy a challenging and dynamic work environment
- Demonstrates the ability to work well under pressure and with competing/changing priorities
- Exhibits a strong business sense, excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Candidates with extensive experience will be considered for the Sales Manager position, while those with less experience will be considered for the Sales Specialist role
