Job Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and other channels
  • Work closely with distributor to implement plan and achieve sales target in open trade
  • Develop and execute annual business plan and promotion strategy to achieve sales target
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and expand the account portfolio
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional activities with different channels to create mutually beneficial agreements and operations on a day-to-day basis
  • Collaborate with marketing and operation team for marketing campaigns and new product launch campaigns
  • Manage sales activities and achieve targets for retail shop
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the retail shop
  • Plan and participate in events to promote the brand and identify new business opportunities.
  • Preparation of the business presentation, budget planning on a regular basis
  • Follow up the order processing to ensure on-time orders delivery
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as required to business needs

Requirements

  • Degree holder
  • Preferably 5-8 years sales experience, with experience in FMCG industry is definitely an advantage
  • Outgoing and good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, detail minded, responsible and sales driven
  • Willing to learn and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and Chinese Word Processing
