Responsibilities:

• Develop new business and maintain good relationship with customers in Japan
• Handle customer inquiries including but not limited to sample arrangement, product development, cost control and price quotation
• Research and compare market information, cooperate with PD&D teams, vendors, buyers for new development and trend presentation
• Work with various parties to solve critical issues arising including merchandising, production workflow, delivery and product quality
• Assist in ad-hoc tasks and projects as required
• Occasional travelling required

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above, preferably in knitting / textile / apparel or related disciplines
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills
• JLPT N2 holder or above
• Good command in spoken and written Chinese and English
