(Assistant) Sales Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

• Build and monitor sales performance dashboards, reports, and prepare business development proposals based on detailed business and data analysis
• Drive operational excellence in sales operations, identify areas for improvement in operating procedure simplification, streamlining, and standardization
• Lead cross-department projects and customer support, to gather data and insights for sales analysis and reporting
• Keep up with the latest industry & market trends, best practices, and regulatory developments in the payment sector, and provide recommendations for process and system enhancements
• Assist in the coordination and execution of sales campaigns, promotions, and incentive programs to drive sales productivity and achieve targets
• Lead efforts to transition physical contracts to a digital format, enhancing accessibility and efficiency in contract management processes
• Develop and implement commission rules and incentive structures to motivate sales teams and align with business objectives

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or other related field
• At least 5 years of working experience in project management, data analysis, sales operations related fields
• Advanced knowledge on Microsoft Excel is a plus
• Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Team player with good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Sales Operations Manager
