Assistant Shop Manager (Pacific Place)

Key Responsibilities:

• Maximize sales performance and deliver good quality service standards
• Manage the retail staff by delivering excellent quality of services and professional product knowledge
• Ensure customer satisfaction and customer loyalty
• Lead a team of retail staff to achieve company targets
• Plan and organize staff duty roster efficiently
• Oversee store visual display that in line with global standard and guidelines
• Monitor stock, carry out stock-take exercise regularly

Other Requirements: -

• At least 8 years’ retail experience of which 3 years’ in supervisory level
• Strong sense in sales and KPI performance
• Excellent presentation and communications skills
• Strong business sense and leadership skills
• Good command of spoken English & Mandarin
