The Office of Student Affairs (OSA) is seeking a passionate and experienced candidate to join the Leadership Development & Enrichment Section.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and logistical support for community service and student development activities
- Assist with graduate employment surveys and other relevant student surveys
- Provide support in the management and enhancement of the OSA database
- Design and deliver promotional materials, including for social media
- Work outside normal office hours (including weekends) when required
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor(s)
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree with approximately 3 years of relevant work experience in community service project administration, organizing student development activities, and/or providing student services support
- A good command of verbal and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
- High level of computer literacy, including proficiency in statistical analysis software/tools
- Strong skills and experience in using social media effectively
- Good analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Candidates with less/more experience will be considered for appointment at a relevant rank.
Salary and Fringe Benefits
The rank and commencing salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits, where applicable, include annual leave, medical and dental benefits, mandatory provident fund and gratuity.
