Assistant Technical Manager

Responsibilities:

Responsible for supervision of building services and facilities in building maintenance including provision of technical services for all maintenance functions of assigned estates.

Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Building Services / Building Surveying or equivalent
• 8 years' relevant experience in property maintenance and management with minimum 3 years at managerial level
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiar with IT operations
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
