Assistant Vice President (Client Account Management, General Insurance)

We will rely on you to:

• Manage a portfolio of Large Multinational Clients, including insurance program renewal and daily client inquiries;
• Understand clients’ risk exposures and implement Marsh client servicing model to deliver insurance solutions and expand current client portfolio with new products, advisory services and other MMC services;
• Work with Marsh placement, specialty, claims and risk consulting teams on insurance renewals and solutions;
• Interact regularly with clients and provide assistance with coverage questions and program adjustments; solves problems regarding client account issues;
• Coordination of Marsh network offices and ensure local service standards/goals are delivered;
• Responsible for assigned account profitability, budget and receivables;
• Responsible for implementation of the Marsh Professional Standard and guidelines for assigned accounts.

What you need to have:
 

• With valid broker license
• Diploma / Bachelor degree in insurance or equivalent discipline
• At least 6 years’ working experience in broking industry
• Good PC Skills, including Words, Excel & Power Point
• Ambitious, solution focus and with strong skills in client relationship management
• Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English. Ability to speak Mandarin will be of added merit.
