Assistant Wholesales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage the wholesale distribution business
• Work out OTB and buy activities with customers
• Develop and implement business plans and strategies to drive the sales
• Analyse and monitor the sales performance of all accounts
• Consolidate sales and performance data from partners for the creation of business reports and analysis
• Develop and maintain good relationship with business partners
• Identify potential accounts and promote new business opportunities
• Work closely with internal departments for achieving the business goals and providing excellent account service
• Observe and feedback on the market changes and competitor activities

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration or related discipline
• At least 7 years experiences in wholesale business of footwear industry, sales management, key account management, or relevant experiences
• Familiar with the sportswear wholesales market in Hong Kong
• Self-motivated, strong business sense and analytical skills, passionate to sports
• Good communication skills of Chinese and English (both verbal and written)
