Associated Marketing Manager

Job description / responsibilities:

• Assists in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and programs in collaboration with internal terms and external partners
• Collaborates with regional terms to localize marketing campaigns and messaging, ensuring relevance and resonance with the local audience
• Executes data-driven digital marketing strategies across multiple channels tailored to each stage of the consumer journey (awareness, consideration, conversion and loyalty
• Helps maintain the company website and assists in improving online sales performance
• Tracks and reports on marketing campaign performance, using insights to help improve future initiatives
• Manages brand marketing budget and ensures efficient spending of resources to maximize impact and profitability

Requirements:

• Graduate of Marketing or any related degree
• With at least 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience with brand management and consumer insight, using digital marketing tools and platforms, and managing eCommerce platforms is an advantage
• Good analytical, problem-solving, presentation and project management skills
• Ability to build strong working relationships, internal and external to the organization
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (i.e. MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
• Good written and oral English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) communication skills
