Asst. Sales Manager - FMCG

Responsibilities:

• Lead the team to execute sales and marketing plan and achieve the assigned sales target
• Build and maintain strong relationship with customers
• Sales team management, route planning and coaching to maximize sales and distribution.
• Keep abreast of market intelligence and feedback to Management in time

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ sales experience in drugstore channel in FMCG sector, having team leading experience is definitely an advantage.
• Diploma or above in Sales Management or Marketing
• Proven track record of achieving sales target and strong relationship with customers
• Responsible, self-driven, and capable of thriving under pressure while working independently.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered Sales Supervisor
