Responsibilities:

• Being responsible for the planning and execution of audit fieldwork for a listed/private company;
• Involving in audit of internal control on licensed corporation and ad-hoc projects such as due diligence reviews, notifiable transaction deals, including major transaction and VSA/VSD etc.; 
• Maintaining good relationships with clients;
• Assisting with the preparation of audit proposals and presentations;

Requirements:

• Diploma / Associated Degree / Degree Holder in accounting or related disciplines
• 1-2 year(s) audit experiences
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Well-versed in computer knowledge including Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Well-organized, hardworking, willing to learn and enjoy working as a team
• Outgoing and pleasant personality, strong communication and inter-personal skills
• Able to work independently & under pressure
• Willing to travel
• Immediately availability is highly preferred
