Billing Operations - Supervisor (Advertising & Media Field)

Job Responsibilities:

 

• Handle billing operations, accounts receivables and payables
• Ensure all billing and revenue transactions are recorded properly, accurately, timely and in compliance with SOX and client requirements
• Prepare invoicing and cost reconciliations
• Produce monthly working capital reports and media payment schedules
• Compile billing and revenue budget, quarterly forecasts and client profitability analyses
• Liaise with clients, vendors and internal departments to sort out the problems
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required

 

Job Requirements:

 

• Diploma in Accounting or above
• Minimum 5 years accounting experience preferably in media and advertising industry
• Proactive with good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
• Independent, detail-minded, self-motivated and hard working
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Good command of English and Cantonese
• Proficient in MS office
• Immediate availability is preferred

 

Working Location: Cyberport (數碼港), Hong Kong
