Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate design changes and resolve model-related issues.
  • Contribute to the setup and maintenance of the Common Data Environment (CDE). 
  • Manage the CDE to facilitate information sharing and collaboration.
  • Coordinate BIM models and drawings from various disciplines.
  • Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with BIM standards and protocols.
  • Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders.
  • Provide support and mentorship to the Assistant BIM Coordinator and BIM Modeller.

Requirements :

  • Degree or higher diploma in relevant fields (e.g., architecture, engineering, construction) 
  • 2-5 years of experience in BIM modelling or related fields
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CCBC, BIM Co, AHKIBIM) preferred.
  • Proficiency in CDE, BIM and CAD software (e.g., ACC/ BIM 360, Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD)
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in Cantonese and English.
