Job Description

Your main missions would be the following:

Retail & Retail Operations:

Coordination on retail onboarding procedures, including name card orders and access right requests Handling retail-related invoices Handling retail uniform orders Coordination on boutique maintenance Assist in preparing regular reports

CRM :

Coordination on festival giftings Assist in designing instore client experience and provide executional support Assist in CRM-related projects deployments (MyCAT / DCC / BOOXI / MMS & SMS blasting / etc.)

Merchandizing:

Daily stock order placement and enquiry, weekly replenishment order, and tracking of stock status

Logistics:

Regular shipment arrangement between stores and regions Coordination on custom process (declaration on items) with logistics company counterparts Work closely with logistics company on shipment schedule and necessary arrangement, especially urgent shipment request from HQ / Regional

VM:

Handling monthly VM tools order placement with HQ and follow up with store on shipment status Coordination on new animation order with Regional VM team Assist in guideline sharing with store for seasonal change of window Storage management in office and warehouse

Aftersales Service:

Work closely with stores and workshops for all kind of client enquiries, including preparation on quotations, logistics and repair status Work as a bridge between store and workshop for watch repair, coordinate spare part orders from HQ and send to workshop upon arrival Spare part inventory management Preparing monthly aftersales service and spare part reports

Who you are:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
  • Detailed oriented and organized
  • Strong problem-solving skills and communications skills
  • Able to work independently
  • 1-2 years of working experience in retail industry is preferred
