Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the branch office
  • Provide clerical and administrative support
  • Manage and maintain records, files, and databases
  • Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth functioning of the branch office

Requirements:

  • Minimum education: Diploma or equivalent; relevant qualifications in travel and tourism are a plus.
  • Proven experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within the travel industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good command of both Chinese and English
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office and travel booking systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
