Branch Officer

Responsibilities:
 

• Assist the Department Head to monitor the operation and performance of all branches
• Responsible for daily branch administration, including duty roster assignment, leave arrangement, correspondence preparation and etc.
• Provide support to frontline staff and Tour Escort
• Implement ad hoc projects assigned by the Department Head
• Perform any other duties as required by the company

Requirements:
 

• Degree/Diploma holder in any discipline
• Experience in branch management or operation is preferred
• Fresh graduate are welcome 
• Proficiency in MS Office application and Chinese word processing
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Well-organized
• Immediately available is highly preferable
