Brand Assistant (Fresh graduates are welcome)

Responsibilities:

• Support on formulating strategic marketing and communication plan to achieve sales growth, in particular digital and product marketing tactics, PR communications and CRM initiatives etc.;
• Assist to build relationship with influencers, media and potential parties from lifestyle / creative / other luxury sectors for brand growth opportunities, including awareness building, lead generation and partnership liaison;
• Give assistance to product management from product forecast, purchasing, scheduling, inventory control and stock allocation for supporting sales optimization;
• Work closely with internal stakeholders such as retail team and merchandising team to review sales performance, product assortments, pricing strategies and sales forecast through varies point-of-sales to achieve brand KPI results;
• Responsible for preparing marketing reports and data analysis, gather insights in customer behavior and business trend to crystallize brand strategic executions ;
• Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned by supervisor;

 Requirements:

• Graduated in Marketing/ Business Administration/ Language or other relevant discipline
• Prior working experience in fashion/beauty/lifestyle field is preferred.
• Passionate in discovering niche brands, brand building and attention to details
• Good marketing sense in social media channels.
• Strong willingness to learn, a good team player and enjoy striving in a fast-pace environment
• Excellent communication skills, good command of spoken and written skills in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing, , familiar use of Adobe Suite is a plus.
